We are looking for an energetic and skilled Barista to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and welcoming café environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a wide range of coffee and tea drinks to company standards.
• Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other equipment safely.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area and equipment.
• Handle cash and card payments using POS systems.
• Monitor stock levels and replenish supplies when necessary.
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
• Support other café duties as required (e.g., taking orders, cleaning tables).

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience as a barista or in a customer service role preferred.
• Knowledge of coffee brewing methods and equipment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic English skills; Arabic or other languages are a plus.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• 1 - 2 Years experience as a Barista or similar role.
