Job Summary: Cashier - Home Appliances Retail (Dubai)
We are looking for an efficient, courteous **Cashier** who possesses excellent customer service skills to join our Home Appliances retail team in Dubai. You will handle transactions accurately, assist customers, and maintain a smooth checkout process.

Salary:
- Range: AED 2,501 - AED 3,000 per month
Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers warmly and answer their questions.
- Assist customers in locating items and provide recommendations if needed.
- Operate POS systems, scanners, scales, and other checkout equipment accurately.
- Balance the cash register daily and generate sales reports.
- Accept various forms of payment (cash, credit, digital), ensuring price and quantity accuracy, and provide receipts.
- Process customer refunds and exchanges according to store policy, resolving complaints professionally.
- Bag or wrap customer purchases carefully.
- Follow all procedures related to coupons, gift cards, and restricted item sales.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable workspace at the checkout counter.
Requirements:
- Proven experience (1-2 years) as a Cashier, preferably in a retail environment.
- Strong work ethic with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, courteous demeanor.
- Responsible, attentive, and committed to providing excellent service.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic math skills.
- Ability to handle transactions efficiently and balance a cash drawer.
- High school diploma or equivalent is typically required.
