Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, offering assistance with doors or luggage as needed.
- Safely park guest vehicles in designated areas and retrieve them promptly upon request.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe valet stand and parking area.
- Accurately tag vehicles and record necessary information for proper tracking and retrieval.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safe driving practices while operating guest vehicles.
- Provide helpful information such as directions or details about local services/attractions.
- Immediately report any accidents, vehicle damage, or suspicious activities observed.
- Assist guests with loading or unloading luggage when necessary.
- Ensure the security and proper handling of guest keys and parked vehicles at all times.
Requirements:
- Proven experience working as a Valet or in a role requiring similar driving and customer service skills (2-5 years).
- **Must possess a valid UAE Driver's License.**
- A clean driving record is typically essential.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ability to safely drive various types of vehicles, potentially including manual transmission.
- Must be physically fit, able to stand for long periods, and possibly engage in short bursts of running.
- Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy with guest property.
