Job Summary: Foreman - Construction (Dubai)
We are looking for an organized **Foreman** with excellent time management skills to manage construction sites in Dubai and ensure that schedules are adhered to. You will work closely with property owners and tenants, manage staff, and oversee project progress.

Responsibilities:
- Create, manage, and maintain construction project schedules.
- Hire, manage, supervise, and delegate tasks to site staff.
- Liaise effectively with property owners, tenants, and other stakeholders to gauge needs and adjust work orders.
- Order construction materials as required for the project.
- Ensure projects adhere to the allocated budget.
- Enforce and ensure strict adherence to all safety protocols on site.
- Oversee daily activities on the construction site.
Requirements:
- Proven experience (1-2 years) as a Foreman or in a similar construction supervisory role.
- Excellent leadership skills and ability to manage a team.
- Experience with project management concepts and scheduling.
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to read plans/blueprints and delegate tasks effectively.
- Strong knowledge of construction safety regulations and procedures.
- Good communication skills for interacting with diverse groups.
- Dependable and able to make decisions on site.
- Relevant trade background or technical qualification is often advantageous.
