Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables.

• Upsell additional menu items or promotions appropriately.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS software, order slips, or memorization.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Waiter/Waitress (1-2 years).
• Patience, a pleasant personality, and perseverance to thrive in a service role.
• Ability to perform well and remain polite in fast-paced environments.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with guests and kitchen staff.
• Must be a team player.
• Familiarity with POS systems is an advantage.
• Basic math skills for handling bills.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, potentially including weekends and holidays.
