Waiter Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and present menus.
- Take accurate meal and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff.
- Provide menu recommendations and inform guests about daily specials.
- Serve food and drinks to tables efficiently and courteously.
- Check in with customers to ensure satisfaction with their meals and service.
- Address any customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
- Prepare and present bills accurately upon request.
- Process payments correctly, handling cash and credit transactions.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Waiter or similar role (1-2 years).
- Ability to stand for extended periods and manage physical tasks. * Patience and composure when dealing with challenging customers or situations. * Strong customer service skills with a friendly and helpful demeanor. * Ability to anticipate customer needs proactively. * Good communication and interpersonal skills. * Basic math skills for handling payments and bills. * Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
