We are looking for a passionate and organized **Female Teacher Assistant** to support our classroom teachers and help create a positive learning environment for students at a school in **Deira, Dubai**.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist lead teachers with various classroom activities and daily instruction.
- Support students individually or in groups with their educational and social development needs.
- Prepare learning materials, set up equipment, and help manage classroom organization.
- Supervise students effectively during class time, break periods, and other school activities.
- Communicate appropriately with parents and other staff members when required.
Requirements:
- Prior experience working in a school or childcare setting is preferred (2-5 years experience listed).
- Must demonstrate patience, excellent teamwork abilities, and strong communication skills.
- Basic understanding of classroom operations and management techniques.
- A genuine passion for working with children and contributing to their education.
- Must be Female.
