Responsibilities:

• Assess clients' fitness levels and health conditions accurately.
• Design and oversee the completion of personalized exercise routines.
• Track clients' physical progress and provide regular feedback.
• Modify exercise plans based on individual needs, potential injuries, or health issues.
• Conduct engaging individual and group fitness training sessions.
• Implement a holistic training approach, incorporating cardiovascular exercise, strength training, etc.
• Supervise the proper and safe use of fitness equipment.
• Address basic nutrition and health-related questions from clients.
• Inform clients about and promote available fitness packages and plans.
• Administer First Aid and CPR if required during emergencies.
• Strictly adhere to all safety and hygiene guidelines.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Fitness Trainer (2-5 years).
• In-depth knowledge of various exercises, fitness assessments, and program design.
• Strong ability to motivate and guide clients effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of nutrition and health principles.
• Valid First Aid and CPR certification is essential.
• Relevant certifications in personal training or group fitness are highly desirable.
• Ability to ensure safety during workouts and proper use of equipment.
