Responsibilities:

• Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals while adhering to ethical sales practices.
• Customer Engagement: Greet and engage customers, understand their preferences and needs, and offer expert advice on our gold and jewellery products.
• Product Knowledge: Develop a thorough understanding of our product range, including the design, materials, and craftsmanship involved.
• Sales Presentations: Conduct compelling sales presentations, highlighting the unique features and benefits of our jewellery pieces.
• Relationship Building: Foster long-term relationships with customers, building trust and loyalty through personalized service.
• Visual Merchandising: Contribute to the visual appeal of the store by ensuring products are displayed attractively and effectively.
• Inventory Management: Assist with inventory control, ensuring accurate stock levels and reporting any discrepancies.
• CRM and Reporting: Utilize CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce or HubSpot) to manage customer interactions, track sales performance, and generate reports.
• Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with colleagues to create a positive and supportive work environment.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 1-2 years of proven experience in a sales role, preferably within the luxury retail or jewellery industry.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
• Sales Acumen: Strong sales techniques and closing skills with a proven track record of achieving targets.
• Product Knowledge: A keen interest in gold and jewellery with a willingness to learn about different styles, materials, and trends.
• Customer Focus: A genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive shopping experience.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is essential. Additional language skills (e.g., Arabic, Hindi) are highly advantageous.
• UAE Residency: Must be currently residing in the UAE.
