Logistics Coordinator (Part-Time)
We are looking for a competent and organized Logistics Coordinator to facilitate the supply chain operations of our company on a part-time basis. You will be responsible for coordinating personnel and processes to achieve the effective distribution of goods with maximum efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and monitor all supply chain operations.
- Use logistics IT systems to optimize procedures and track shipments.
- Coordinate logistics staff (e.g., truck drivers) based on availability and project needs.
- Supervise orders and arrange the stocking of materials and equipment.
- Communicate with suppliers, retailers, and customers to ensure profitable deals and satisfaction.
- Plan and track shipments to meet customer requirements.
- Maintain accurate logs and records of warehouse stock and orders.
- Prepare accurate reports for upper management.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Logistics Coordinator (1-2 years).
- Well-versed in supply management principles and practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and record-keeping skills.
- A customer-oriented approach and the ability to work independently.
- Proficiency with logistics software is a major plus.
