A leading retail group is seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resources (HR) Manager to lead our HR department in Abu Dhabi. This is a senior role responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that support our business goals while fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute HR strategies across all functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
• Lead the talent acquisition process to attract and retain top talent.
• Manage employee relations, mediate disputes, and promote a positive workplace culture.
• Oversee the administration of payroll, benefits, and compensation programs.
• Ensure all HR policies and procedures are compliant with UAE Labour Law.
• Mentor and lead a team of HR coordinators and executives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 7-10 years of progressive experience in HR, with a significant portion in a management role.
• In-depth knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in the retail industry is highly advantageous.
